Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of global hospitality leader Accor, in partnership with Shrem Airport Hotels, has officially opened the grand Fairmont Mumbai. This iconic new property marks Fairmont’s second hotel in India, following Fairmont Jaipur, and sets a new benchmark in luxury hospitality in the heart of the city.

Strategically positioned as Mumbai’s “grand entrance,” the hotel is a dazzling tribute to 1920s Art Deco elegance, infused with contemporary design and world-class amenities. Joining an elite global portfolio that includes The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, and Fairmont The Palm in Dubai, Fairmont Mumbai embodies a seamless blend of timeless sophistication and cutting-edge hospitality.

The property features 446 luxuriously appointed rooms, including elegant suites, a wellness-focused floor, and 75,000 sq. ft. of event space, one of the largest in the city. Signature venues include the 21,000 sq. ft. Infinity Ballroom, the stylish Eon Ballroom, and The Vantage rooftop venue offering panoramic city views.

• Madeleine de Proust: An Indo-French pâtisserie and tea lounge set within a serene botanical garden.
• The Merchants: A vibrant food hall inspired by Mumbai’s dabbawalas and global trade.
• Samaa: A chic Mediterranean-inspired alfresco experience transitioning from sunlit brunches to twilight dinners.
• Oryn: A sultry, theatrical space showcasing Sichuan and Cantonese flavours with a stunning indoor glasshouse terrace.
• The Hedonist: An elegant cocktail bar inspired by an Indian adventurer’s British retreat.

The hotel’s wellness offering is equally exceptional. Fairmont Mumbai is India’s first luxury hotel to feature a longevity experience at its Fairmont Spa & Longevity.
