Flair Ignites Spiritz Night

A fter a day brimming with insights and celebration, the evening at the Spiritz Conclave transformed into a spectacle of light, rhythm, and pure artistry. The much-anticipated Flair Show once again proved why it’s the soul of the Spiritz Achievers’ Awards - a dazzling ritual that sets hearts racing and glasses clinking.

As the lights dimmed and a hush swept through the audience, anticipation crackled in the air. Then, with a burst of music and motion, two bartending prodigies- mixologist Gagan Arora and IFBA India 2024 winner Sarthak Jugran - took the stage. What followed was nothing short of electric. Bottles arced gracefully through the air, shakers spun in hypnotic rhythm, and every catch drew gasps and applause. Under the vibrant glow of the spotlights, the duo’s seamless choreography turned the art of bartending into a high-energy dance of precision and showmanship.

Supported by Barents Premium Whisky from Rock and Storm Distilleries Pvt. Ltd., their seamless coordination, fluid movements and magnetic stage presence turned the act into an unforgettable visual symphony. Every toss, spin and catch was met with applause and cheers from an audience that simply could not look away. By the end of the act many were on their feet, clapping and capturing the spectacle on their phones.

Both Gagan and Sarthak hail from Uttarakhand and are proud alumni of the Bar Academy of Doon, one of India’s leading bartending institutes, headed by the illustrious Kuldeep Singh Chauhan aka K.D. Known for nurturing some of the country’s finest bar professionals, the Academy has earned a reputation as a true incubator of hospitality and flairology talent. Its alumni, including Gagan and Sarthak, continue to make their mark on the national bartending stage.

Sarthak, who clinched the title of IBG’s India Bar Show 2025 - National Mixology Competition, has already established himself as one of the brightest young stars in India’s cocktail circuit. His partner Gagan, the Flair Challenge 2025 winner, is equally celebrated for mentoring aspiring bartenders and advancing the art of flairology. Together, they represent a new generation of professionals who effortlessly blend creativity with technical excellence.

As the performance reached its finale, thunderous applause filled the hall. The clinking of glasses, laughter and lively conversations resumed, echoing the energy that had just lit up the stage.
