Gaurav Joshi joins Rutland Square Spirits

Rutland Square Spirits Ltd. has announced the appointment of industry veteran Gaurav Joshi as its new Head of Travel Retail.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in premium alcobev and tobacco across top-tier companies like Bacardi and Godfrey Phillips (Philip Morris), Gaurav brings a proven track record in expanding market reach, building high-performance teams, and unlocking commercial value in travel retail. Most recently, he served as Director of Global Travel Retail – Asia Pacific at Bacardi for seven years, where he also led operations across India and Southeast Asia.

Gaurav is also the founder of Platinum Liquids, a Delhi-based distribution company specialising in luxury spirits and tobacco.

His deep understanding of the AMEA region and luxury consumer behaviour is expected to play a pivotal role as Rutland Square Spirits accelerates its presence across international airports and global travel hubs.
