Gora Mukherjee joins Marrowbone Lane Irish Whiskey

Marrowbone Lane Irish Whiskey has announced the appointment of Gora Mukherjee as Global Director – Commercial. With over three decades of leadership across the alcobev and FMCG sectors, Gora is widely recognised for his strategic insight, brand-building expertise and transformative leadership.

In his new role, Gora will spearhead the global expansion of Marrowbone Lane and its Scottish portfolio, The Highland Whisky Clan. His mandate includes driving brand creation, overseeing global marketing strategy, and scaling the company’s emerging cask investment vertical, a segment witnessing accelerated growth worldwide.

Gora also brings in his entrepreneurial perspective as the Founder of Reserve Vault of Malts, a platform dedicated to whisky education, rare malts and cask-led value creation. His deep understanding of heritage, craftsmanship and long-term category evolution adds further strength to his leadership at Marrowbone Lane.

His appointment underscores the company’s bold ambition to build a globally respected, authenticity-driven house of whiskey rooted in Irish heritage, elevated by Scottish craftsmanship, and guided by a future-forward global vision.
