Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Chandan Thakur as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

With an impressive career spanning over 18 years in luxury hospitality, Chandan brings a wealth of experience in food and beverage operations, strategic leadership, and innovative guest engagement. Prior to joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, he held key responsibilities at Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he led award-winning F&B outlets and introduced experiential dining formats and global collaborations.

Known for driving high-impact initiatives such as international bar takeovers, premium wine events and curated pop-ups, Chandan has played a pivotal role in shaping the modern F&B landscape in India’s luxury hotel segment.
