Grey Goose Altius unveiled the second edition of Cocktail Couture, this time in collaboration with Indian couturier Amit Aggarwal. Themed “Exon: The Code of Light”, the evening redefined luxury, artistry and experience, melding couture with cocktail culture in a multi-sensory spectacle of light, form and flavour.

“Exon is the celebratory spirit of a ceremonial couture where fashion, artistry and experience converge seamlessly,” said Amit, whose sculptural, futuristic designs brought to life the glacial elegance of Grey Goose Altius. Transforming the runway into a crystalline corridor reminiscent of the French Alps, his collection shimmered with translucent fabrics, metallic geometry and Alpine-inspired silhouettes.

Reflecting on the creative process, Amit added, “This collaboration challenged me to explore how one elevates the purity of nature, French elegance and glacial smoothness into a new form of couture. The answer became clear: when something is already crafted to perfection, you let it speak for itself.”

The couture was accompanied by a specially curated cocktail collection by mixologist Avinash Kapoli, who reimagined Altius’ smoothness into drinks inspired by the Indian landscape. From Alpage Vert, a herbaceous martini that felt like a breath of alpine air, to Éclat du Soir, a floral-forward spritz perfect for golden hour, each cocktail mirrored the collection’s refined artistry.

“We translated the refined artistry of couture into a liquid form,” Avinash shared. “Blending ingredients like jujube, apple and jasmine, each Altini is a tailored expression of French finesse and Indian inspiration.”

The event also marked the unveiling of a bespoke couture barware collection, designed by Amit exclusively for Grey Goose Altius. Echoing the glacial palette of icy blue and teal, the sculptural bar tools served as a seamless extension of the fashion narrative, where design and utility met in perfect harmony.

Siddhant Kapoor, Brand Manager - Premium White Spirits, Bacardi India, summed up the vision. “With this edition of Cocktail Couture, we seek to go beyond indulgence to craft sophisticated cultural moments. Our collaboration with Amit Aggarwal reflects the brand’s ethos: French excellence, artistic innovation, and the ability to transform every detail into an elevated experience.”

The guest list sparkled with elegance as actor Kalki Koechlin opened the evening with a bilingual toast celebrating duality and design. A live piano performance by Sahil Vasudeva set the tone before showstoppers Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sharvari took to the glacier-hued runway in Amit’s luminescent creations. The night ended on a high note with a vibrant afterparty helmed by DJ Nina, turning the space into a living embodiment of the theme: elevated, immersive and unforgettable.
