IBS 2025 celebrates Innovation and Excellence in Hospitality

The India Bartender Guild (IBG) successfully hosted the India Bar Show 2025 (IBS 2025) on 26–27  April at the Norman JW Marriott, Aerocity, Delhi. The B2B event brought together global beverage brands, bar professionals, and hospitality leaders for two days of exhibitions, competitions, networking, and industry showcases.

Thousands attended IBS 2025, which featured brand activations, tasting rooms, masterclasses, and cocktail trails, highlighting India’s growing presence on the global hospitality map.

A key highlight was the IBS Awards 2025, recognising excellence in hospitality and beverage innovation. Winners included Grand Hyatt Goa - Best Hotel Bar, Travis 1932 Jaipur - Best New Cocktail Bar, Pekers Syrups - Best New Beverage Brand, INJA - Best Cocktail Bar  and Party Smart - Best Social Media Presence.

The official National and International Bartender Championships saw Yogesh Kumar from India  and Kharisova Anastasiia from Russia winning top honours in mixology, while Nabin Dhami  of Nepal  won the international flair category. The Bar Queen Challenge celebrated women in bartending, with Prerana Rawat from Delhi taking first place.

IBS 2025 also marked the Indian debut of several global brands, including VEG White  from Poland and Almave Non-Alcoholic Tequila Mexico, reinforcing India’s strategic value in the global beverage industry.

Founder Archit Singhal said the event aims to become the definitive gateway for global bar and beverage brands entering India.
