Delhi is set to become the focal point of India’s fast-evolving food and beverage sector as the 14th edition of the Indian Restaurant Congress (IRC) and the inaugural Coffee & Tea Asia (CTA) 2025 are set to convene at Bharat Mandapam from August 5–6.

Organised by RestaurantIndia.in and Franchise India, with Cremica as the Founding Partner, the dual-format summit is expected to draw over 2,000 stakeholders from across the restaurant and café ecosystem. This year’s IRC will examine how India’s food service market, currently valued at USD 95.75 billion, is integrating global influences while nurturing homegrown innovation. Themed “A Global Outlook,” the conference will host future-facing dialogues on immersive dining, quick-service evolution, delivery formats, and restaurant tech adoption.

Notable speakers include Rebel Foods’ Kallol Banerjee, Chef Vicky Ratnani, Tim Hortons India’s CEO Tarun Jain, and Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar, alongside over 150 thought leaders from across the industry.

Complementing IRC 2025 is Coffee & Tea Asia 2025, a dedicated platform for the region’s growing beverage sector. Making its India debut on August 6, the platform will bring together roasters, planters, baristas, café chains, and suppliers for discussions on sustainability, consumer trends, and operational innovation in the coffee and tea value chain.

In addition to curated panel sessions and demonstrations, the event will feature four thematic pavilions: ReStart (restaurant start-ups), ReSupply (supply and packaging), ReSoft (technology), and ReSpaces (design and real estate), to provide a comprehensive view of India’s F&B transformation.

As India’s food and beverage industry continues to grow at double-digit rates, IRC and CTA 2025 aim to serve as a knowledge-sharing platform for restaurateurs, policymakers, suppliers, and investors looking to navigate the sector’s rapid shifts and expanding global footprint.
