Loya at Taj Palace, New Delhi, has launched Vriksh, an innovative cocktail programme inspired by the cyclical journey from root to fruit. Crafted from the essence of the Loya Paanch philosophy, the programme celebrates India’s rich botanical heritage, using indigenous ingredients and seasonal cues to create a soulful, nature-inspired cocktail experience.

Curated by renowned mixologist Hemant Pathak of Junoon, New York, Vriksh explores North India's diverse terroir through five distinct stages— root/fungi, flower, seed, leaf, and fruit.
