Maison Taittinger Champagne has unveiled an innovative initiative, Polychrome: A Blending Table, a new gastronomic and artistic space that celebrates the House’s core philosophy of blending, both in champagne and cuisine in Reims, France.

Taittinger unique blending tableOpened from June 14 at the historic Taittinger headquarters at 9 Place Saint-Nicaise, Reims, Table Polychrome promises a multi-sensory experience. Guests can explore curated dishes paired with all 10 Taittinger vintages, offered by the glass or bottle, alongside seasonal vegetables, specialty condiments, and cheese and dessert platters.

“Polychrome is not just a table; it’s a place to play, explore, and enjoy the harmony of taste and champagne,” said Vitalie Taittinger, President of Taittinger.

The initiative also includes the Polychrome Bar, offering deeper insight into the House’s cuvées with afternoon teas and seasonal tasting experiences. Each year, a different chef will bring a new vision of polychromy. The first is Michelin-starred Charles Coulombeau, who will create four seasonal menus throughout the year. “Colorful and warm, Polychrome will be a unique and generous place,” said Charles, winner of the Taittinger International Culinary Prize 2020.

With Polychrome, Taittinger blends gastronomy, creativity, and champagne into a single, immersive celebration of the senses.Maison Taittinger blending table
