Medusa Beverages has raised Rs 56 crore in its Series A funding round led by private investors. It saw participation from high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) based in Singapore, the UK, and the UAE.
The funding marks the company’s second investment round, following a pre-Series A round, where it secured Rs 13 crore from some of the same investors who participated in this round.
The Delhi-based alcobev company plans to utilise the fresh funds to scale up its operations, strengthen partnerships with distributors, and expand its market presence across India. Looking ahead, Medusa has ambitious plans to double up its production capacity by FY26, with the establishment of a new plant in Punjab. The company is also set to launch a brewery capable of producing 4 lakh hectolitres of beer annually.
Medusa projects its gross revenue to reach Rs 180 crore by FY25 and aims to double it to Rs 350 crore by FY26.
