Novotel Pune appoints Manali Khatavkar

Novotel Pune has announced the appointment of Manali Khatavkar as its new Marketing and Communication Manager. With over 12 years of cross-sector experience in hospitality, healthcare and events, Manali brings in a strong background in strategic marketing, digital innovation, and brand storytelling.

In her new role, she will lead the hotel’s integrated marketing and communications strategy, focusing on brand positioning, digital outreach, content creation, public relations, and social media engagement. Her mandate includes enhancing the hotel’s visibility, driving guest engagement, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Before joining Novotel Pune, Manali was the Marketing and Communications Manager for Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemli Resort. She has also held key positions at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, Dr. D.Y. Patil Super Specialty Hospital, and The Orchid Hotel Pune.
