Pernod Ricard Reshuffles Leadership of Cognac Division

Pernod Ricard has replaced the head of its Cognac business, Philippe Neusch, in a recent leadership shake-up, according to media reports. The move comes amid ongoing challenges for the Cognac sector, including declining global demand and looming tariff threats.

Neusch, who took charge of Martell—Pernod Ricard’s flagship Cognac brand—in 2023, will be succeeded by François-Xavier Morizot. Currently leading the group’s Champagne division, Morizot will now oversee both the Cognac and Champagne portfolios.
