Proost Beer crosses ₹115 crore revenue in FY25
Grano69 Beverages, the company behind Proost beer, has recorded revenues of over ₹115 crore in FY25 and achieved EBITDA Breakeven. The milestone represents a 174 percent increase compared to ₹42 crore in FY24, alongside a sharp rise in volumes from approximately 2.5 lakh cases to around 8 lakh cases during the same period.
The company attributed its strong performance to a disciplined operating approach focused on availability, visibility, cold-chain execution and velocity at the point of sale. Proost has steadily built distribution width over recent years, supporting consistent demand and strengthening retailer relationships. Improved on-ground execution, efficient procurement, lean organisational structure and prudent financial management has also contributed to healthier margins.
Proost Strong Beer emerged as a key growth driver during the year. The product expanded its presence to six states, namely Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Jharkhand, while also deepening its share in core markets. The company maintained a focused product portfolio and indicated plans to introduce new offerings in the near term.

Reflecting on this milestone, Tarun Bhargava, CEO and Co-Founder of Proost Beer, said, “Growing from around ₹42 crore in FY24 to ₹115 crore in FY25 and turning EBITDA-Breakeven is a validating moment for the team. It proves that a beer brand in India can be built sustainably, with discipline and capital efficiency, without burning irrational amounts of cash. For us, this milestone represents years of learning, pivots, setbacks and belief. And honestly, it still feels like day one.”
Looking ahead, Grano69 Beverages plans to enter new markets, deepen penetration in high-potential states and expand its product portfolio through innovation, while continuing to build Proost as a modern and aspirational beer brand in India.
