Registration opens for APTRA India Conference 2026

APTRA has announced that the delegate registration site is now live for the APTRA India Conference 2026 that is to be held between March 25-27, 2026 at Taj Bangalore located at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (BLR Airport).

Bangalore International Airport Limited, the operator of BLR Airport, is the Platinum Host Partner for APTRA’s 3rd India conference, the only conference dedicated to the Indian travel retail market and the increasingly significant impact of the Indian consumer on the global market.

APTRA has secured a limited number of preferential rates for delegates staying at Taj Bangalore and at the nearby Moxy Hotel, located 15 minutes by taxi from the Taj. 

As per the released schedule onsite registration for the event will start from 2 pm on March 25 Taj Bangalore. This will be followed by networking afternoon and Welcome Cocktail Reception from 7 pm-10 pm. The next day conference sessions will run from approximately 9 am-3.30 pm with refreshment and lunch breaks. This will be followed by a Gala Dinner. The last day of the conference will run approximately from 9 am-1.30 pm with morning refreshment break, and finishing off with lunch. Before departure, guests will be offered networking options.
