Search for Next Culinary Ambassador from India

Are you India’s next culinary ambassador? The search has begun for one visionary chef from India to join “Table of Origins’, a fully funded, all-expenses-covered culinary residency in Hungary from 21 to 29 March 2026.

Table of Origins is an immersive culinary programme created by SVÉT – Association of Stylish Countryside Restaurants, Hungary, and managed in Asia by Engee Advisors, Singapore. The initiative is designed to foster cross-cultural culinary exchange and showcase authentic regional gastronomy.

Announcing the mission, Naveen Gupta, Singapore based Managing Director of Engee Advisors said, “Designed for serious chefs, the programme offers access to Michelin-recognised restaurants, direct interactions with other international chefs and producers, and a deep dive into authentic Hungarian gastronomy and introduction to the vineyards of the famous Tokaj (and other) regions. It is a wonderful opportunity to enhance the selected Chef’s craft with an exposure to international talented chefs, products and producers.”

Only one chef each from India and Singapore (from Asia) will be selected for this prestigious international exchange.
