Raffles Udaipur has named Shri Raj Goswami as its Director of Food & Beverage. With over 12 years of experience across some of the world’s finest luxury hospitality brands, Goswami brings extensive expertise, refined sensibilities, and a deep commitment to creating extraordinary culinary experiences.

In his new role, he will lead the operations of Raffles Udaipur’s nine restaurants and bars, as well as the resort’s banquet and event services. His focus will be on enhancing the bespoke gastronomic journeys that are central to the Raffles experience.

Prior to joining Raffles Udaipur, Goswami served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune.  His career also includes key tenures at The Four Seasons in Maldives and Bahrain, The Oberoi in Agra, and Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur. A certified sommelier with qualifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET, his leadership style combines innovation, cultural nuance, and storytelling through food.
