SIP Supernova Cocktail Grand Prix crowns champions
The Asia Final of the SIP Supernova Cocktail Grand Prix 2025 lit up Shanghai on the night of April 17, culminating in a dazzling celebration of talent, creativity, and hospitality spirit. Following a three-day immersive experience of masterclasses, mentorship, and brand challenges, featuring 12 premium labels from the Pernod Ricard portfolio, three stars emerged victorious.
Sara Xin Wen from Shake's Office in Chengdu, China Mainland, claimed the first place, followed by Ruben Kolosa from Rabbit Hole in Bangkok, Thailand at the second spot, and Nick Wilde Qi Jia from N•Tender Bar in Xi’ and Changsha, China Mainland, at third.
Held in collaboration with Havana Club and the Cocktail Maestros challenge, the grand finale brought together 20 exceptional bartenders from over 760 entries across eight countries. Each finalist brought remarkable skill, passion, and flair to the competition, reinforcing the vibrancy and potential of Asia’s bartending scene.
