The St. Regis Mumbai has announced the appointment of Master Chef Li Qiang as Master Chef – Chinese, who will lead its award-winning Asian specialty restaurant, By The Mekong, located at Penthouse Mumbai.
With over two decades of experience, Chef Li brings mastery in authentic Chinese cuisine, specializing in Sichuan, Cantonese, Guangdong, Beijing, and Shanghainese styles. A graduate in Chinese Food Technology, his culinary journey has taken him across renowned dining destinations in Singapore, Dubai, Doha, and Qatar.
