Sula Vineyards appoints Sahil Misra in dual leadership role

Sula Vineyards has announced the appointment of Sahil Misra as Global Head – Exports & Global Brand Ambassador, further strengthening the winery’s global ambitions and commitment to showcasing India’s wine excellence on the world stage.

Known for his strategic leadership, strong industry relationships and deep expertise in wine education and brand building, Sahil has been instrumental in elevating Sula’s visibility and driving the growth of its premium portfolio in key global regions.

In his expanded role, Sahil will lead Sula’s global export strategy, drive international market expansion, and enhance partnerships across major wine-consuming regions. He will also serve as the brand’s global face at international trade shows, industry forums, and key cultural and gastronomic platforms.

Beyond his accomplishments at Sula, Sahil brings a rich background in beverage leadership including earning the Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certified Sommelier title on his first attempt and holding the WSET certification. His career spans roles with Kamet Single Malt Whisky, The Oberoi Hotels, IWBS India and Wi-Not Beverage Solutions, alongside contributions to global wine juries, educational programmes and fine-dining beverage curation.
