Suntory appoints Davin Nugent to lead its RTD operation

Suntory Global Spirits has appointed Davin Nugent as President of Global Ready-to-Drink (RTD), placing him in charge of the company’s global strategy for the fast-growing RTD category.

Based in Dublin, Davin brings over 25 years of experience in the global beverage industry, with deep expertise in RTD innovation and market expansion. He is widely recognised for a collaborative leadership approach that promotes innovation and strong team engagement.

He serves on Suntory Global Spirits’ Executive Leadership team and prior to that was the Global Vice President of Innovation at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he led a strategic review of the company’s Beyond Beer portfolio. Prior to that, he was CEO of Mark Anthony Brands International and played a key role in the creation of White Claw Hard Seltzer.

His earlier career achievements include establishing Kopparberg Cider as the UK’s largest fruit cider brand and introducing Tiger Beer and Kopparberg Cider to the Irish market.
