The Lalit launches purpose-driven loyalty programme
The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has unveiled a purpose-driven loyalty programme that combines guest rewards with opportunities to create meaningful social impact.
The programme features four tiers – Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum – and offers guests flexible options to earn, redeem, or donate points across The Lalit’s network of hotels, palaces and resorts. Members can earn points through indulgent stays, dining at award-winning restaurants such as Baluchi and OKO, and rejuvenating treatments at Spiceology. Enrollment is free and designed for instant access.
What sets The Lalit Loyalty Programme apart is its philanthropic dimension. In partnership with Points for Good, the programme enables members to donate their points to support over 18 NGOs and 40 verified causes, including child education, tree plantation, LGBTQIA+ empowerment, and environmental sustainability. This aligns with the Group’s long-standing values of inclusion, equality, and conscious hospitality.
Dr. Jyotsna Suri, Chairperson & Managing Director of The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, remarked, “At The Lalit, we believe hospitality is not just about service; it’s about building meaningful relationships. The Lalit Loyalty Programme is our way of showing gratitude to our guests and building a deeper, more meaningful connection with them.”
By blending luxury hospitality with purposeful giving, The Lalit Loyalty Programme invites guests to become co-creators of positive change, while enjoying a distinctive experience rooted in elegance, comfort, and trust.
