The World’s 50 Best Vineyards unveils 51–100 list for 2025
The World’s 50 Best Vineyards has announced its rankings of vineyards placed No.51 to No.100 for 2025, ahead of the official awards ceremony scheduled for November 19 in Margaret River, Western Australia. The annual list celebrates the finest vineyard experiences across the globe, highlighting wineries that excel in wine tourism through exceptional hospitality, remarkable landscapes, immersive tours and world-class tasting rooms and restaurants. The objective is to inspire wine-focused travel while elevating global visibility for diverse wine regions.
Compiled from the votes of more than 700 leading international wine industry professionals, including sommeliers, wine journalists, travel experts, wine tourism specialists and members of the global wine trade, the extended list spotlights top wine destinations across six continents.
This year’s 51–100 list features vineyards from six continents and 38 wine regions, including 18 new entries representing 17 regions. New additions span destinations such as West Sussex in the UK, Champagne in France, Tokaj in Hungary and Kakheti in Georgia. Europe leads with 33 entries, followed by six in South America, five in Oceania, four in Africa, and one each in Asia and North America. The highest new entry is Wairau River Wines in Marlborough in New Zealand, debuting at No.52. Meanwhile, Ribera del Duero in Spain and Kakheti in Georgia make their first appearances with Bodegas Arzuaga at No.64) and Château Buera at No.72), respectively.
