The collaboration aims to align academic training with industry requirements through structured, inclusive skilling programmes that promote employability and global readiness among India’s youth.

Dr. Jyotsna noted the partnership “brings together academic strength and industry demand to empower communities through skill-building.”

However, Jyoti Mayal, Chairperson, THSC, emphasised that partnerships like this are “key to building a demand-driven skilling ecosystem.”

Rajan added that the MoU will help provide “industry-relevant exposure, life skills, and certifications” for students, opening up national and international opportunities.

Keshav Suri, Executive Director of The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, highlighted the initiative’s inclusive focus. “We aim to skill and uplift youth from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community and economically weaker sections.”

This partnership marks a significant step in bridging the gap between hospitality education and real-world service demands, while reinforcing the shared vision of inclusive growth and workforce excellence in India’s hospitality sector.
