Tilaknagar appoints Nishant Jain as President – Sales

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. (TI) has announced the appointment of Nishant Jain as President – Sales, effective October 3, 2025. The move marks a key step in bolstering the company’s leadership team and strengthening its sales strategy and market presence.

The appointment was approved by TI’s Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This strategic decision reflects the company’s continued focus on enhancing sales capabilities and driving sustainable growth in the competitive alcoholic beverage landscape.

Nishant brings over 26 years of experience in the alco-beverage industry, spanning sales, trade marketing and key accounts. Before joining TI, he served as Chief Operating Officer – Spirits Business at Inbrew Beverages, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the business from inception and expanding its distribution across 22 Indian states and five international markets.

He has also held senior leadership roles at Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD) as Sales Director – South and spent more than two decades with Pernod Ricard India in various commercial roles, including Head – Trade Marketing & Key Accounts.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, Nishant combines strong academic credentials with deep industry expertise in scaling businesses and building high performing teams.
