Tilaknagar eyes Dec 2025 for Imperial Blue takeover
Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. (TI) is set to complete its acquisition of the whisky brand Imperial Blue by December 2025, subject to approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI), according to media reports.
