Tilaknagar Industries to distribute Amara pink vodka

Tilaknagar Industries (TI) will distribute Amara Artisanal Pink Vodka, a new spirit by Spaceman Spirits Lab Pvt. Ltd., under a royalty arrangement in select Indian states and international markets, states a regulatory filing. This addition enhances TI’s premium portfolio, which includes Monarch Legacy Edition Brandy, Mansion House Brandy and Courrier Napoleon Brandy.

Spaceman’s Samsara Gin, Sitara Rum and Amara Vodka will leverage TI’s distribution network starting Q1 FY26, strengthening sales in India and abroad while expanding TI’s luxury and super-premium offerings across brandy, gin, rum and vodka. Priced between ₹2,500 and ₹4,500, Amara’s 750 ml decanter will launch in Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan, followed by exports to Global Travel Retail, UAE, UK and Singapore in the second half of FY26.

To support Spaceman’s growth, TI in September 2024 announced a ₹13.15 crore follow-on investment, increasing its stake to 20 percent on a fully diluted basis.
