The Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BCIHMCT), New Delhi, has announced the 24th edition of the Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble (CHE), to be held from October 15–17, 2025. This flagship event, now a national platform for showcasing culinary brilliance and hospitality talent, brings together students, educators, and industry leaders to celebrate creativity, skill, and innovation in hospitality.

This year’s Ensemble embraces the theme “Sanskriti se Samriddhi”, emphasizing that true prosperity arises from India’s cultural roots, regional traditions, and culinary diversity. The event inspires young hoteliers to connect with the nation’s rich legacy and translate it into sustainable, innovative practices that will shape the hospitality industry of tomorrow.

Over three days, participants from across India will engage in competitions that highlight both tradition and modern innovation. The Millet Culinary Challenge 2025 focuses on reviving millet-based recipes for contemporary tastes, promoting healthier lifestyles and sustainable food systems. Other competitions—including the Regional Indian Cuisine and Drinks Challenges, Biryani Competition, Zone Barwizard Challenge, Future Chef Contest, and Taj Hospitality Brain Twister 2025—showcase creativity, skill, and innovation. Artistic events like Chandiwala Floral Decoration and Towel Origami reaffirm the deep connection between Indian culture and hospitality aesthetics.

Institutes nationwide are invited to participate, with each allowed up to seven students and one faculty member, and registration capped at thirty institutions. Early participation is encouraged.

The 24th Chandiwala Hospitality Ensemble 2025 promises a vibrant celebration of culture, cuisine, and creativity—where tradition truly meets innovation.
