Kerala introduces draft guidelines for alcohol sale at tourist spots: Restaurants can obtain a three-month license for Rs 1 lakh to serve beer and wine, while three-star hotels can offer fresh toddy. The guidelines also allow for the production of wine from local fruits, independent of state corporation sales
